    PLACING AN ORDER 
    After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that nastore.mibr.gg has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method.

    We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal for internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. Please call 1-323-526-9838 for more information on canceling your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system.

    MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
    Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by nastore.mibr.gg All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by nastore.mibr.gg. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

    SALE MERCHANDISE

    All discounted merchandise purchases are final sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged. 

     PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE 

    All pre-ordered merchandise will state approximate delivery time on product post. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns regarding your pre-ordered gear. 

    CUSTOM MERCHANDISE
    Customization may add 7-10 business days to the shipping time. Please limit custom names to 12 characters and custom numbers to 2 characters. 

    Customized merchandise may not be returned. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
    When ordering nastore.mibr.gg merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada. 

    The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; nastore.mibr.gg has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely in Canada; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
